At TinyRooms, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Because our products are DIY kits with many small parts, opened or partially assembled kits cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or assembled DIY kits

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in these cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
